In this consolidated appeal, 1 both the prosecution and the defendant, Julie Garcia, appeal from rulings entered by the Fremont County District Court. The prosecution asserts that the district court abused its discretion in disqualifying the Fremont County District Attorney and his staff because a deputy district attorney was endorsed as a witness.
