Eminent Household of Columbian Woodmen v. Bryant

Bryant filed suit alleging that on September 3, 1915, the Eminent Household of Columbian Woodmen, a fraternal benefit society, issued and delivered to him its whole-life beneficiary covenant, a copy being attached to the petition. That at the time of the issuance of the policy the Eminent Household of Columbian Woodmen had a lodge and camp in Bibb County, Georgia, where the plaintiff lived.
