This is a suit for recovery of assessments paid, because of alleged breach of contract. For a statement of facts, except such as may hereafter be included in this opinion, reference is made to this case when it was formerly before this court. Eminent Household of Columbian Woodmen v. Bryant, 59 Ga. App. 283 (200 S. E. 321). It will be noted that a citizen of Georgia had issued to him a fraternal benefit policy by the predecessors of the present defendant, in the year 1915.
