This matter is before the court on the Motion to Substitute First Financial Bank, N.A. as Plaintiff [DE 64], and the Request for Oral Argument on Motion to Substitute First Financial, N.A. as Plaintiff [DE 65] filed by First Financial on January 26, 2011.
