This appeal involves a dispute regarding the validity of an irrevocable inter vivos trust executed in April 2003 by Frankie Walker, now deceased. Walker’s husband, appellee Joe Van Anda, filed suit in Bacon County Superior Court, seeking to set aside the trust and related transfers thereto on the grounds that they were the product of undue influence exerted by Walker’s sister, appellant Mollie Lewis.
