These appeals challenge a judgment for damages under OCGA § 51-12-6 in an action for the continuing trespass of burial plots. For the reasons which follow, we affirm the judgment entered on the jury’s verdict for plaintiffs and the denials of the defendants’ motions for new trial and for judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
