The City of Philadelphia (Employer) petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed the decision of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) determining that the death of Thomas Cronin (Decedent) was compensable and granting the fatal claim petition filed by his widow Maryann Cronin (Claimant) on behalf of herself and her three minor children.
