Clear Channel Broadcasting (Employer) seeks review of the order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed the decision of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) granting a fatal claim petition filed by Marie Perry (Claimant), the widow of Dwayne Perry (Decedent). Employer argues that the Board erred in concluding that Decedent’s death occurred in the course and scope of his employment when the evidence fails to support the application of any of the exceptions to the “coming and going rule” and that the Board erred in affirming the WCJ when…
