The bill of complaint in this cause was filed April 8th, and an order to show cause was issued thereon returnable April 18th. There appears to have been some activities in Illinois after the filing of the bill of complaint in this cause and the issue of the order to show cause thereon, as a result of which receivers were appointed by an Illinois court for the defendant and some affiliated corporations of the defendant. Upon the return of the order to show cause on Monday last, the hearing thereunder was continued, at the request of counsel for the defendant, until to-day — April 20th. Now…
