This matter is now before the court on a bill filed by complainants who own in the aggregate three thousand two hundred and sixty-five shares of the capital stock of defendant Burns Brothers, a corporation of the State of New Jersey, on behalf of themselves and all other stockholders or creditors desiring to join in and contribute to the expense of the suit.
