This matter is now before the court on the return of an order requiring the defendant to show cause why the prayer of the complainant's bill of complaint should not be granted. The complainant by his bill filed on behalf of himself and all other stockholders of the defendant who may come in and contribute to the expenses of the suit alleges that the defendant has been and is conducting its business at a great loss and greatly prejudicial to the interest of its creditors and stockholders, so that its business cannot be conducted with safety to the public and advantage to its stockholders, and…
