This appeal is from a judgment of the court below perpetually enjoining the execution of a judgment rendered in the justice court of precinct No. 1, Grayson county, Tex., in favor of the A. B. Richards Medicine Co. v. C. Johnson, the appellee.
The material facts are as follows: On December 26, 1922, the A. B. Richards Medicine Company a corporation, located at Sherman, Tex., recovered judgment by default in the justice court of precinct No.-1, Grayson- county, Tex., before H. D.
