In this action, Plaintiff Dolores Hanrahan (“Hanrahan” or “Plaintiff’), alleges employment discrimination on the basis of age, gender and disability in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Law, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 (“Title VII”), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (the “ADEA”), the Americans With Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 (the “ADA”), and Section 296 of the New York State Executive Law (the “State Human Rights Law”).
