I. Introduction
Plaintiff Ammon Mikell (“Plaintiff’ or “Mikell”) has brought suit against Defendant Marriott International, Inc., doing business as Philadelphia Marriott West (“Defendant” or “Marriott”), 1 under 42 U.S.C. § 1981; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.; and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA), 43 Pa.Stat.Ann. § 951 et seq} Jurisdiction is proper pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331,1343, and 1367.
