¶ 1. Taxpayer appeals from decisions of the Vermont State Appraiser upholding the Town of Brookfield’s reappraisal of two parcels of land. We affirm.
¶ 2. In June 2007, the Town of Brookfield completed a town-wide appraisal of properties for the 2007 Brookfield Grand List. Two properties owned by taxpayer were included in this assessment: a ranch-style dwelling located at 1506 West Street (the 1506 parcel) and another dwelling located at 1680 West Street (the 1680 parcel).
