ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO SETOFF
MICKEY D. WILSON, Bankruptcy Judge.
This action was brought by plaintiffs M.E. and Eleanor Messick (Movants) who seek to setoff the Negotiable Rate Terms Thrift Certificate securing sums deposited with Republic Financial Corporation (RFC) against a Promissory Note now held by Republic Trust and Savings Corporation (RT & SC). Arguments were heard on December 28, 1984, and the matter taken under advisement.
