CHARLES A. ANDERSON, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court upon “Application to Determine Secured Status” filed on 10 December 1981 by Security National Bank, hereinafter the Bank. The Application essentially requests that the Court determine the Bank’s secured status and setoff rights as discussed below. The Court heard the matter on 15 January 1982, and the parties have submitted post-trial memoranda.
