HOLLAND, Justice.

A grand jury indicted the defendant-appellant, Bartnell Newman, charging him with Delivery of Fentanyl, Possession With Intent to Deliver Fentanyl, Reckless Endangering in the First Degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance within 300 feet of a park and 1000 feet of a school, and Resisting Arrest.
