In Barrett v. Commonwealth Federal Savings & Loan Ass’n, 939 F.2d 20 (3d Cir.1991) (“Barrett V”), the Court of Appeals affirmed a decision of the District Court, reported at 118 B.R. 255 (E.D.Pa.1990) (“Barrett IV”), in a proceeding arising from this case.
