Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Leahy, J.), rendered May 15, 1986, as amended May 29, 1986, convicting him of murder in the second degree, robbery in the first degree (five counts), and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence of an indeterminate term of 25 years to life imprisonment, to run concurrently to an indeterminate term of 5 to 15 years imprisonment, those terms of imprisonment to run consecutively to five consecutive terms of 8 Vs to 25 years imprisonment.
