This is an action against the Southern Pacific Company brought by the administratrix of the estate of Fred A. Miller, deceased, for the benefit of the widow and four minor children of the deceased for damages for his death which'occurred as the result of injuries suffered by Mm wMle employed by the defendant in interstate commerce.
