*68 In this contract dispute, defendants, the Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority (MLB) and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), appeal the Court of Claims' November 29, 2017 opinion and order denying defendants' motion for summary disposition under MCR 2.116(C)(7). Two years after the initial complaint was filed in the Court of Claims, plaintiff, ADR Consultants, LLC (ADR), filed an amended complaint adding a breach-of-contract claim for $420,000.
