MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ASPEN, Chief Judge:

Plaintiff Verlina Cobb brings this proposed class action against three finance companies (the “Lender Defendants”), three banks (the “Bank Defendants”), and unknown corporate officers of the finance companies and banks (the “John Doe Defendants”). Cobb alleges that, in the making and handling of loans that she borrowed from the Lender Defendants, the defendants violated various federal lending and banking laws; in addition, Cobb’s complaint adds several state law claims.
