Defendant-Appellant Charley Hargus appeals from his jury conviction on twenty-three counts of conspiracy, 18 U.S.C. § 371, mail fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1341, and money laundering, 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(l)(B)(i). The district court sentenced Mr. Hargus'to seventy-eight months in prison, a term of supervised release, and ordered him to pay restitution. On appeal Mr. Hargus argues that the trial court erred (1) in denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained from the search of his home; (2) in allowing testimony of a sting operation after the government lost material…
