The plaintiff, Mabel Pettigrew, and defendant, R. L. Pettigrew, intermarried, at Shreveport, Louisiana, in September, 1920, and lived together .until March, 1924, when the plaintiff left the defendant for causes, which she set forth as grounds for divorce. Each of the parties had been married before, and each had children. The. plaintiff has two daughters, who were approaching womanhood, but who were yet schoolgirls 'during the time that these parties lived together.
