MILLER, District Judge.

The bankrupt filed his voluntary petition in this court on April 21, 1939. On May 8,- 1939, the Wellston Trust Company, a corporation in liquidation, filed its claim which was allowed by the referee on the same date in the sum of $70,079. On July 5, 1940, the bankrupt filed a petition asking for a re-examination of the claim. An *959order was made by the trustee for reexamination and a hearing was held on the petition for re-examination on October 9, 1940.
