November 18, appellant, Clara Edwards, brought suit for temporary separate maintenance and support, and pending hearing on the merits (without objections), the trial court awarded appellant $40.00 for each of the months of November and December, 1952, and set the cause for hearing on the merits for January 2, 1953.
