This is an .appeal of the Bankruptcy Court’s determination that plaintiff has a perfected security interest in unearned insurance premium refunds. There are three issues on appeal. First, are unearned insurance premium refunds within Article Nine of the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in Michigan? Second, did plaintiff have a perfected security interest in unearned insurance premium refunds of the debtor?
