Tifco, Inc. (“TIFCO”), an insurance premium finance company, has filed a motion seeking relief from the automatic stay provided by 11 U.S.C. § 362(a) in order to enforce its rights as a secured creditor pursuant to the Premium Finance Agreements it entered into with the debtor, U.S. Repeating Arms Company (“USRAC”).
