Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Joseph Cerbone, J.), rendered June 25, 1992, convicting defendant after a jury trial of rape in the first degree, 2 counts of sodomy in the first degree, and 2 counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of SVa to 10 years on the rape and sodomy counts, and 2 to 6 years on the sexual abuse counts, unanimously affirmed.
