This is an appeal from a judgment awarding Grady Arnspiger damages for personal injuries sustained by him as a result of a collision between two automobiles. Arnspiger sued Red Ball Motor Freight, Inc. and Herman Clyde Sconce contending that the defendants were guilty of negligence which proximately caused serious personal injuries to him on December 31, 1967 when an automobile being operated by his daughter, Mrs. Helen Henderson, and in which he was riding as a passenger, collided with another automobile owned by one Patricia Ann Johnson.
