RICHARDS, Justice.

This is a summary judgment case. Suit was originally brought by Joyce McCormick, appellant, against Stowe Lumber Company, appellee, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by appellant while riding in an automobile driven by Lou Anne Keller which collided with the rear-end of a truck owned by Stowe Lumber Company.
