GLASSER, District Judge:
This is an action for injunctive relief and damages brought by two former employees and one present employee of Purolator Courier Corporation (“Courier”) against Courier and its parent corporation, Purolator, Incorporated (collectively referred to as “defendants”).1 The plaintiffs allege that the defendants engaged in a pattern or practice of discrimination against its female employees on the basis of sex, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq.
