One George Wing suffered a personal injury resulting in bis death, while an employee of the defendant Refiners Transportation & Terminal Corporation. On November 30, 1944, Etta Wing, as guardian of Janet Wing, his seven-yéar-old daughter, was awarded compensation for his death, by a deputy commissioner of the department of labor and industry. No appeal was taken, and payments are being made pursuant to the award.
