The tunnel under the river at Port Huron is owned by the defendant company. The trains of the Grand Trunk Railway Company are operated through it by electricity installed and maintained by defendant on bridges supported by piers. At certain points the electric wires are carried from the bridges to boxes attached to the side of the piers about 9 feet from the ground for convenience in shutting off the current between points for' repairs.
