RiNER, Justice.
This is a proceeding by direct appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Weston County denying appellant, the W. T. Rawleigh Company, any right of recovery against the respondents, L. McSweeney, W. J. Lawrence and W. A. Scott.
The action in which this judgment was entered was one brought by the W. T. Rawleigh Company, as plaintiff, against the respondents above named and one G- L. Sherwood, as defendants, to recover a balance of $518.38 claimed to be due for goods and merchandise sold to Sherwood under a printed form of contract entered into between him and the plaintiff.…
