[¶ 1] Andrew W. Bloss appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (York County, Brennan, J.) granting, in part, River Dale Association’s motion for summary judgment and requiring Bloss to replace the vinyl siding on the front of his house with a covering made from natural material pursuant to the restrictive covenant contained within his deed.
