Cubie, Heimann & Co., a New York corporation, engaged in tlie business of selling embroideries by samples, on orders taken by traveling salesmen, which orders were sent to the plaintiff’s place of business in New York City, and if approved by them the goods were shipped from there to the purchasers in the various states. The action was based upon a written contract of employment entered into by Cubie, Heimann & Co. and C. F.
