MEMORANDUM DECISION

I. PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
Plaintiffs, Anthony and Connie Hopper, commenced an adversary proceeding against Tammy and David Everett, the Debtors, on July 27, 2005, to determine whether a debt due and owing to them was nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) and (B). The Defendants filed an Answer on August 15, 2005. The Court held a trial on November 15, 2006 and December 4, 2006.
