I. INTRODUCTION

The matter before the Court is the Complaint filed by Casella Waste Management of Massachusetts, Inc. and Casella Waste Management, Inc. (collectively, “Casella”) against the debtor, Philip A. Romano (the “Debtor”). Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) and (B), (a)(4) and (a)(6), Casella seeks to except from discharge certain obligations arising out of an Asset Purchase and Assignment Agreement with Allstate Carting, Inc.
