Suit in equity to establish and specifically enforce an alleged contract relating to the disposition, after death, of the property and estate of Martha Blankenship, a single and unmarried woman, who died, intestate, at Clinton County, Missouri, September 23, 1929. Money in the sum of $8129.83 constituted the whole of the property owned by Martha Blankenship at the time of her death. The plaintiffs, two of her brothers, and the defendants, three brothers, two sisters, and nephews and nieces, are all of her heirs at law.
