This is a suit in equity, wherein the plaintiff (respondent here), an incorporated entity engaged in the business of operating a retail meat market and grocery, seeks to perpetually and permanently enjoin the defendants from picketing plaintiff's store and place of business at 4113 Easton avenue in the city of St. Louis.
