Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent Commissioner of the New York City Fire Department dated August 19, 1987, which, after a hearing, found the petitioner Wilfredo Palomino guilty of certain charges of misconduct and dismissed him from his position as an inspector.
Adjudged that the determination is confirmed and the proceeding is dismissed on the merits, with costs.
