MEMORANDUM OPINION ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO RECONSIDER

This proceeding arises in the bankruptcy case filed by Brenda K. Wiley (“Debt- or,” “Plaintiff,” or “Wiley”) under Chapter 7 of -the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 101, et seq., on October 6, 1993. During the course of her bankruptcy, Debtor attempted to reaffirm a debt to Busch Jewelry Company through Paul Mason & Associates, d/b/a/ Creditors’ Bankruptcy Service (“CBS”) acting on behalf of Busch.
