This eminent domain proceeding was commenced in the superior court for Snohomish county by the city of Seattle, against the defendant Faussett and others, seeking a right of way for' its electric transmission lines from its hydro-electric power plant on the Skagit river over the lands of the defendants in that county to the city, in King county. A trial in that court, sitting with a jury, upon the question of the compensation to be awarded to the defendant Faus-sett for the acquiring of such right of way by the city over his land, resulted in a verdict and judgment awarding the amount of such…
