Appeal from an order of the Family Court of St. Lawrence County (Potter, J.), entered July 18, 2006, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 3, to adjudicate respondent a juvenile delinquent.

Petitioner commenced this proceeding alleging that respondent, then age 14, committed an act which, if committed by an adult, would constitute criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
