Petitioner comménced this juvenile delinquency proceeding based upon charges stemming from an incident between respondent and the mother of his child. After a fact-finding hearing, Family Court found that respondent had committed acts which, if committed by an adult, would constitute the crimes of attempted criminal sexual act in the first degree, attempted assault in the third degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
