Appeal from a modified order of the Family Court of Delaware County (Becker, J.), entered January 3, 2007, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 3, to adjudicate respondent a juvenile delinquent.

In March 2006, respondent became involved in a physical altercation between her sister and her sister’s friend (hereinafter the victim).
