This action is probably the first of its kind.

It is brought by plaintiff, who was formerly a member of the David Miller Old Order Amish Mennonite Church, against seven preachers and bishops of the several churches located in eastern Holmes county. The Amishites constitute about one-third of the population of Holmes county; they have so improved that part of the county that it is a beautiful and most valuable and fertile part thereof.
