Plaintiffs filed suit for damages in the Circuit Court of Texas County alleging breach of contract and breach of express warranty in connection with the sale and installation of vinyl siding. The petition alleged that plain*888tiffs were residents of Texas County, Missouri, that defendant was a Missouri corporation with its office and principal place of business in Greene County, Missouri, and that the cause of action accrued in Texas County.
